Terms of Service

By using the MealDispatch website, mobile app, or backend services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not, please don't use the Service.

Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for meal-delivery kitchens in India ("Operators") and their adult customers ("Subscribers"). You must be at least 18 to create an Operator account.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of staff you grant access to.
• Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content and data

Operators retain ownership of the data they enter — menus, meals, customer records, photos, plans, invoices. We hold and process it on your behalf to run the Service. We do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

By uploading content (e.g. meal photos), you grant MealDispatch a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you and your customers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload customer data you don't have permission to use, including phone numbers obtained without consent.
• Send messages, reminders, or invoices through the Service to recipients who haven't agreed to receive them.
• Probe, scan, or stress-test the Service or any related infrastructure.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing content, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Reverse-engineer the mobile app or attempt to extract source code beyond what is open-source.

Pricing and payment

Pricing for Operator subscriptions is shown on the pricing page. MealDispatch may change pricing on 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Fees are billed in advance; we do not refund partial months unless required by law.

Payment processing for Subscriber-side flows (UPI collections, invoices) runs through the Operator's chosen provider; MealDispatch does not act as a payment processor.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and bug-free but offer no uptime guarantee on the standard tier. We may take the Service down for maintenance with reasonable notice.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice except when a delay would cause material harm.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MealDispatch is not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service to run your business, including missed orders, payment disputes, or food-safety issues that originate in your kitchen.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months prior to the event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.

Changes

We will update these terms when our Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
